A while back I wrote this post about the controversy surrounding a plan by Japanese book publisher Zuiunsya to re-release the turn of the century children's book 'Little Black Sambo' in Japan.
Despite calls to halt its publication, or at least tone down its more racist aspects, the book has been released with illustrations that unbelievably are even MORE racist (and more crappy looking) than the original version. I wonder if Zuiunsya would be interested in my new children's book 'The Little Hitler Than Could'. I'm sure if the illustrations are "kawaii" enough they'll buy it!
