The Holiday Train Hits Toronto

12/03/06 | by Jamie | Categories: Trains

Since I'm always looking for an excuse to add another post under the "Trains" category, I thought I should mention that CPR's Holiday Train will be stopping tomorrow night in Toronto's fancy schmancy distillery district. The festively decorated train is currently crossing the country to raise money and collect donations for local food banks. On board are Canadian "Blues rockers" Wide Mouth Mason and Lisa Brokop. While I like trains and all, I'm not sure I care enough about Christmas lights or Blues rock to make it out for this event. If this sounds like fun to you, then be aware that the rockin' starts at 8:15 PM. [Found on Torontoist]
