Toronto's First Maid Cafe

Attention sukebe otaku of Toronto... your prayers have been answered! Toronto now has it's first Maid Cafe at McNicoll and Kennedy.

It's called "i maid cafe" and it doesn't look any different from the scores of maid cafes dotting Akihabara in Tokyo. Could Meflexology be far off? [From BoingBoing]

My husband and I checked out the website
and it was a real laugh. Doubt we will
be checking out this cafe too soon.

Wonder if this one will be turning into
the one's in Japan. Hear the one's in
Japan are whore houses on the side?

Glad you dig the site. I've never heard of maid cafes doubling as whore houses though. As far as I know they are just places that lonely nerds like to hang out. That's not to say that there aren't whore houses in Japan though. There are plenty to be sure.

This is HUGE...I just finished my stint in Japan. I've been home in the T-dot for two days and have no idea what to do with myself. Think I'll head over to this cafe to remind myself of the good times.
What are you doing with yourself these days anyhow?
